Processing time
We process your order within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been received.

Delivery time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the moment you place your order.

Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

How we ship
We work with USPS to deliver your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Order cutoff time

The order cutoff time for all orders in the US is 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes
All listed prices include applicable taxes for orders shipped within the United States. For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Where does my order come from?
We work with international fulfilment partners to bring you the best quality at the best price. Your order is dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners in Asia. Returns are handled through our authorized return center in Doral, Florida.
